For just 10 minutes, put your phone in another room while you work on one small task.
That’s it.
You’re not trying to be productive.
You’re not trying to finish everything.
You’re just noticing how your brain feels when one major source of competition disappears.
Sometimes attention improves not because you add something but because you remove something.
